friendly staff central location parking availability
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was central, close to major attractions. i appreciated the parking available behind the hotel since it simplified travel. the breakfast choices offered plenty of variety to start the day.
the room size was smaller than i anticipated, which limited movement.

mixed feelings about this stay
soft bed voicemail issue
The room i had was not great, to be honest. the bed reminded me of it would collapse. It was way too soft. also, the parking situation was annoying, the postcode sent me to a public lot. I got charged extra. a call to the hotel didn't help. It went straight to voicemail.

a good stay
friendly staff convenient parking easy location
the staff was friendly and always willing to assist with directions or recommendations. free parking was available and very convenient, removing any stress associated with finding a place for my car. the location near the city centre made it easy to explore nearby attractions by foot.
the bathroom was a little basic, and i thought the shower could have been a bit more modern.

the room was clean and came with tea and coffee making facilities, such a nice touch. bottled water was provided daily, I appreciate it after a long day. a television with cable channels allowed for some evening entertainment.

the hotel had an really good situation, only a few minutes from the center. it has easy access to shops and historical sites, I adore it. public transportation was also readily available nearby, so convenient.

the breakfast service included many choices, including vegetarian options, that are good. the team was helpful and polite, especially when needing advice. they seemed genuinely committed to providing a pleasant stay, i am so glad.

free parking, a rare treasure, was available . the hotel featured a beautiful garden where you could relax with a drink. the pub within the hotel provided a cozy atmosphere, I admire it.

the room had daily servicing during breakfast! the breakfast included a full english option and smoked salmon with eggs! the staff delivered a beautiful breakfast to my room the night before my early checkout!

convenient location helpful staff breakfast choices daily service
I found the location convenient. It allowed easy access to the city center. The staff was wonderfully helpful showing where parking was located. Breakfast offered many choices, including a full English. I liked that our room was serviced daily during breakfast.
Our room was a bit small and I had limited space to put my belongings. The bathroom could benefit from an extra shelf for toiletries. The shower was also small.

helpful staff excellent breakfast little ventilation working extractor
The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and it offered many choices.
The room had little ventilation and i could not sleep. The bathroom did not have a working extractor and no other ventilation.
